#019 Sybesma Family - Sanborn - July 2009
Caleb is 2 years old and was born with a rare syndrome. He is currently living at home with his parents and 3 older siblings. He has a nurse here to care for him 20 hrs. each day. He has a trach due to a small, floppy airway and is currently on 12 hrs. of home dialysis each day, awaiting a kidney transplant. His favorite things to do are watch his older, energetic siblings, and watch his favorite movie "Cars."
