The Josh Simcox - Emilee Haroldson family from Royal has a 7 month old son Emmet. Emmet was diagnosed with Spina Bifida at birth. Emmet was hospitalized for a week after birth and they travel back & forth to Sioux Falls and local doctor appointments several times a month.
