#072 Wilkerson Family - Spencer - August 2013
At our August Shayla Bee Board meeting we voted to make a donation to our 72nd Shayla Bee Family. We will be making our donation Tuesday evening August 20th. We will travel to the Jody & Tracy Smith Wilkerson home in Spencer. This family was nominated by Rick & Cindy Lytle, 6-year old Sarah Wilkerson has been having problems since November 2012, she was recently discovered to have a golf ball sized brain tumor. In July she had 2 surgeries to remove the tumor, thankfully the tumor was benign. She has some physical therapy and follow-up checkups but her prognosis is very good.
